ESG Program

Through a technical diagnosis, we develop and assist the implantation and implementation of the sustainable Management Program focusing on obtaining the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) seal.

What is ESG?

It is an acronym in English that represents the three pillars of sustainability, which are Environment, People and Governance, and was created with the objective to parameterize the practice of sustainable activities in accordance with the goals and principles of the UN.

What does Embrasca do about it?

Embrasca uses its experience and relationship to provide environmental management with a focus on reducing and minimizing our clients’ environmental impacts based on ESG pillars. We think of strategies, tools, and activities that promote the sustainable development of a company, city or institution, thus minimizing the impact related to climate change, sparing no efforts for the good development of the client and aiming to obtain the ESG seal. These activities include a series of practices that range from recycling, to CO2 emission analysis, energy and water saving, as well as actions that seek to participate in the development of people, thus fulfilling all the stages of the proposal.

Benefits

ESG practices, according to the Business & Sustainable Development Commission of 2020, developed alongside United Nations Global Compact, make a company commendable to 96% of employees, improving the workforce. Furthermore, this same commission showed that about 70% of global entities are willing to pay a premium for brands that support recycling, practice sustainability, and/or are environmentally responsible.

Operating according to ESG standards enhances the competitiveness of the business sector, both domestically and abroad, as ESG is an indication of strength, lower costs, better reputation, and greater resilience amidst uncertainties and vulnerabilities.

ESG practices guide organizations to build trust, raise awareness, and encourage social change, which brings great positive impacts to society.

Companies that adopt ESG practices achieve efficiency in the management and use of resources, reduced losses, more motivated staff, greater development and better results over time.
